Modernizing a residential neighbourhood with a contemporary townhouse development

Habitat developed the contemporary town houses project, L’îlot boisé in Matane. This was an in-house design-build project. The condo-style units have a contemporary style unlike any others in the neighbourhood. Each unit has a modern exterior look, off-street parking and a private yard. The interior was designed in a loft style with open spaces spread across two floors.
