Creating a trendy restaurant in a longstanding establishment

Kano is the Riôtel Bonaventure’s brand new restaurant. Habitat breathed fresh life into the hotel’s old restaurant giving it a very distinct architectural personality. We were hired to renovate the restaurant: redesign the space, carry out the architectural finishes, painting, flooring, ceilings, lighting and installing real canoes that hang from the ceiling, echoing the atmosphere of Bonaventure, a town known for its magnificent river.
